Tame the brave!

I’ve always wondered how the whole issue of slavery worked. I mean, in most cases, the people being oppressed are more— in strength and in number. So, how can they then be overpowered?

Remember the story in Exodus? The then Pharaoh literally complained over the fact that the Israelites were more in number and strength; and the more they were oppressed, the more their population grew.

Why didn’t the Israelites stand up for themselves and demand their own freedom since they were already on the winning side (being the population with more strength and number).

Just what did the Egyptians use in holding them down?

Have you ever thought about such? I have a hyper-imaginative mind, so I have.

******

If there’s one advantage I believe people have over others— besides resources, power and influence— it is the mind.

A person who realizes the existence, power and capability of the subconscious mind has already, by nature, been put ahead of the one who doesn’t.

The human mind is indeed a fascinating device which can be your tool in keeping someone— or yourself— bound, as well as freeing someone or yourself.

I’ve always been interested in human psychology; probably one of the reasons I hungrily consumed the information from my studies on the mind.

In all sincerity, I have sometimes played what I tag ‘the politics of the mind’.

What I do is study people and understand— to an extent— how their mind works.

If you want to conquer a city, begin with their minds.

If you want to tame the brave or strong, focus on both your mind and theirs.

******

I think I finally have answers to the questions I had as regards that story.

The Egyptians had a strong understanding of their mind and the fact that you can take down an even stronger opponent, as long as they are ignorant of that ‘superpower’ we all have been blessed with.

Your mind can be your greatest asset or your most limiting factor.

Become aware of your superpower, and use it to your advantage.

P.S: I’m not teaching you how to be oppressive, lol. Those addictions and what nots you feel are stronger than you are CAN BE TAMED.

I’d love to know your thoughts; do share them, please❤

Sending love and light your way.

Cheers to steady growth,

Zoey.
